Accounts Senior Executive
Reports to Account Senior Manager – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our customers performance thanks to our reports and data. You will be the key contact for account management and will have to lead farming of our accounts as well as organic growth through efficiencies.
Business performance and data delivery
Analyzing performance through execution of qualitative and quantitative analytics practices to generate data-driven insights. Run constant checks through our Business Intelligency tools to be able to drive key decision making and customer satisfaction. You will have to coordinate with customers on key issues that might arise and develop a good knowledge on our company specifics.
Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will mainly have to coordinate with our customer service operations, implementation and finance departments in defining the key aspects of customer satisfaction.
Efficiencies and continuous improvements
Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities continuously. As such you will have to drive growth within the company on optimizing our API connectivities through mapping and data analysis. You will also have to constantly provide efficiencies on hotel portfolio according to customer profile in order to maximise sales and avoid any long tail costs.

3rd language is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
Worked with Business Intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.
Capability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals.
