Reports to Quality Assurance Senior Manager – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
You will be responsible to manage relationships with customers within the company during the integration process and coordinating with both Sales and IT teams in order to smoothen the on-boarding.
Manage customer IT set-up as per company guidelines.
Understanding of how the API works in order to be able to support customers during their implementation process with Fastpayhotels.
Coordinate with the IT team in Madrid to help enhance customer on-boarding experience.
Monitoring customers connectivity through incubator process.
Keep track of customers’ traffic control.
Being responsive to customer needs for help and support.
Coordinate with customers on API issues that might arise.
Run constant checks through our BI tools to be able to drive key decision making.
Manage traffic reports on supply per customer.
Drive data decisions to account manager to implement and report back to management on progress and achievements
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus.
