Demand Partners Director
Reports to CEO – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
This role is ultimately responsible for all aspects related to customers and driving sales from current demand partners worldwide as well as pipelining future ones. As member of the management team you will be a key voice within the business and driver of company strategy to ensure budgets are met.
Manage Demand Pipeline
You will lead the strategic planning and targeting of new clients. Your team will be responsible for increasing the amount of demand partners and traffic that comes through to Fastpayhotels.
Account Manage and Optimize
You will lead the team that manages the commercial and technical day to day of the business ‘customers. You will use data, relationships and insight to ensure the business achieves market beating position and grows market share.
The entire customer operations team reports into this role. Using your excellent leadership, strategic and operational skills you will make sure Fastpayhotels has not only leading customer service but also aligned to efficiency and cost metrics.
Problem Solver and Leader
You will be an innovator, problem solver and lateral thinker and ensure deals are closed, account managed and serviced profitably. You will be comfortable leading a large team using KPIs, targets, a huge degree of empathy and be able to demonstrate the core values of the business.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd or 4th language is a plus.

Organised and Methodical
Comfortable with very frequent travel
Impressive Track record of closing deals from an established pipeline.
Well versed in legal terms to be able to close a contract
