Reports to Deputy CEO – Permanent role - Part time
Location: Palma, Spain
Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff needs according to the value of the company.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Participate in the company initiatives for staff and provide and attend new comers into the company preparing the corresponding welcome package.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus.
