Reports to Onboarding Senior Manager – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
You will be reporting to Onboarding Senior manager and manage relationships with the hotel chains within the company during the implementation process. Responsible for coordinating the registration and mapping process with independent and global chains.
Account Management & Maintenance
Coordinate enquiries: Guide the hoteliers through the registration process and provide the relevant training if necessary.
Mapping configuration: Provide support to the hoteliers during the integration steps between the channel managers platforms and Fastpayhotels platform.
Ensure best quality of content (optimized and competitive content, rates and availability). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best supplier support. Understand channel management implications and dynamic distribution. Knowledgeable about the different implementation possibilities.
Accelerate pipeline implementation and report to high management on key blockers for delivering a fast implementation of business. Ensure Pipeline database is kept up to date in accordance with agreed guidelines, reflecting all activities undertaken and planned, and maintaining a 100% accuracy. Meet implementation targets and execute team priorities as defined by the company.
English speaker – Intermediate or High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus.

2-5 years success in selling within a B2B capacity, experience within the travel or hotel industry an asset, preferably within the product department.
