Onboarding Senior Executive
Reports to Onboarding Manager – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
You will be reporting to incubator manager and manage relationships with the hotel chains within the company once they are implemented. Responsible for growing unique content revenues with hotel chains while maximizing supplier yield.
Account Management & Maintenance
Develop and maintain a high quality portfolio of hotel products (i.e. relevant, attractive and competitive). Establish relationships with the mid-size chains, reviewing actual performance and define new targets. To carry out all administrative tasks associated with the implementation process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure best quality of content (optimized and competitive content, rates and availability). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best supplier support. Understand channel management implications and dynamic distribution. Knowledgeable about the different implementation possibilities.
Accelerate pipeline implementation and report to high management on key blockers for delivering a fast implementation of business. Ensure Pipeline database is kept up to date in accordance with agreed guidelines, reflecting all activities undertaken and planned, and maintaining a 100% accuracy. Meet implementation targets and execute team priorities as defined by the mid size chains manager.

Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus

2-5 years success in selling within a B2B capacity, experience within the travel or hotel industry an asset
Experience in operational systems
Working and coordinating with other departments within a company
Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
