Quality Assurance Manager
Reports to Deputy CEO – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
In this role, you will ensure proper quality on data, developments and projects delivered within the company. As part of our IT team, you will have to coordinate with all departments to ensure that IT deliveries are matching our business needs.
Coordination with departments
You will coordinate with every department in the company in relation with the 3 majors parts of the business: data, projects and developments. You will be the bridge between business areas and IT and manage all business plans with timings.
You will be the central point of specs implementation. As such you will lead the implementation plan for revision with high management and detect any possible delays or issues that might arise. You will also be responsible to stock and deliver the quality of those specs and make sure they adapt to our business environment.
Testing back and forward
Testing will be a big part of the job with coordination between the IT team and the business teams. Being an expert on how our developments work and make sure they adapt to the every day job.
Follow-up on implemented projects to make sure that they have all the right parts to ensure maximum efficiencies within the company.
Quality & efficiencies measurement
Establish the right data reports with your direct reports to constantly monitor and act on the level of quality of data we have within the company.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus.
