Business Development Senior Manager
Reports to Selling Partner Director – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
A role for a go getter, net worker and deal closer who thrives on sales targets and converting leads in the shortest time possible.
Manage Lead Pipeline
You will be a determined and disciplined sales professional looking to continually close deals in your pipeline. You will be a first class net worker and ensure your pipeline continues to grow.
You will represent the business professionally and lead negotiations as well as attend sales events globally.
Support and Assist
You will be support the implementation team organisation in making sure new customers are set live efficiently and handover is passed through correctly
You will be an innovator, problem solver and lateral thinker and ensure deals are closed profitably. You will have experience in presenting business cases and understanding legal agreements.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd & 4th languages is a plus
Self Starter and Dynamic individual
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Huge empathy and sensitivity to cultures around the word
Organised and Methodical
Comfortable with very frequent travel
Impressive Track record of closing deals from an established pipeline
Experience in negotiating B2B Accommodation deals a plus
Well versed in legal terms to be able to close a contract
