Strategic Account Senior Manager
Reports to CEO – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
In this role, you will be the ¨CEO¨of your own accounts. A role for a high performer and strategic thinker capable of managing multiple workstreams and deliver on target set.
Sign Hotel Chain Contracts
You will negotiate and close a large list of hotel chains located globally. You will network, open doors and ensure the business expands its list of hotel chain partners.
Using data, insight and strong relationships you will strive consistently to deliver value and incrementality to all hotel chain partnerships. You will establish business plans and business reviews to ensure mutual financial targets are met.
Support and Assist
You will be the champion of hotel chains within the business and ensure pricing, procedures and complexity of each hotel chain is understood and respected.
Everyday you will do what´s needed to ensure the hotel chain partnerships are maximised. You will work with legal team to make sure contracts are closed successfully. You will make sure the hotel implementation team has all is needed for a speedy and effective technical implementation.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus.
Self Starter and Dynamic individual
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Huge empathy and sensitivity to cultures around the word
Organised and Methodical
Comfortable with very frequent travel
Impressive Track record of closing deals from an established pipeline.
Experience in negotiating B2B Accommodation deals a plus
Well versed in legal terms to be able to close a legal contract
