Supply Operations Executive
Reports to Onboarding Manager – Permanent role
Location: Palma, Spain
You will be reporting to Onboarding Senior manager and manage relationships with the hotel chains within the company once they are implemented.
Responsible for ensuring supply configuration optimization.
Develop and maintain a high quality portfolio of hotel products (i.e. relevant, attractive and competitive).
Establish relationships with accommodations to ensure the right experience and establish win-win situation.
Central coordination & Knowledge support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best supplier support with both hunters and farmers teams.
Understand channel management implications and dynamic distribution.
Knowledgeable about the different implementation possibilities.
Data Decision Owner
Establish and maintain KPIs for supply related teams in coordination with our BI department.
Implement new reporting and next phase of data intelligence.
Drive and implement data decisions to account managers and report back to management on activities progress and achievements.
English speaker – High Level
Spanish speaker – High Level
3rd language is a plus

Strong communication skills
2-5 years success in selling within a B2B capacity, experience within the travel or hotel industry an asset, preferably within the product department.
Contract loading experience
Working and coordinating with other departments within a company
Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
