Fastpayhotels was founded in 2015 as a bed bank that originally was going to distribute only "non-refundable" rates. The idea being to generate fast payments to hotels on those rates. Although the business idea was a good start and quickly many chains onboarded the project, there was soon an opportunity to create something bigger.

In 2019, Fastpayhotels took on a major investment from Magenta Partners (https://www.magentapartners.com/) to back-up the most ambitious project of Fastpayhotels history. Create a full tech stack from scratch and develop the ultimate hotel distribution environment, using the latest technology at hand. Since then, the company has taken very precise strategic decision to resolve hundreds of issues encountered along the hotel booking process.

In 2023, Fastpayhotels took on a 360º turn to adapt to the current distribution environment and created a new business line, the first private distribution Club called "Zinantis". Thanks to Zinantis, partners around the world can use the Fastpayhotels platform brand new technology and personalize their distribution entirely.
