Elodie Leunen has been working for the past 25 years in the hotel industry. She originally studied a specialized Master Degree in International Hospitality at the prestigious IMHI institution (a Cornell University program with ESSEC French business school). Before that, she studied a double Master in Economics and Laws at the Paris University Assas.

Elodie has worked for prestigious hospitality companies like Radisson Hotels and Accor Hotels but has diversified experience in tourism working for Air France before joining Amadeus IT Group in Madrid. She then worked for few years at Expedia and Low Cost Travel Group where she finalized her corporate experience before founding Fastpayhotels in 2015.​

Elodie is a member of HSMAI Europe Board of Directors and recognized as one of the leaders in Mallorca, Spain in the book "Shining a light on Leadership". She is also actively involved in Women Associations to promote women in the workplace and equality.
