How do I connect?​

We have multiple choices and partners that can help you connect. If you are using a third party connector, we probably work with them and if we don´t we can create that connectivity for you. Our team has extended experience in connectivity to different partners over the world. If you are a distributor, we recommend however to develop our direct connectivity through our Next Gen API.

​Who are Fastpayhotels/Zinantis´ partners?

Most of business is focused on Europe for the moment. Reaching out to new markets requires sponsorship of partners and making sure that the match between supply and demand exists before expanding.

Our partners often requires us discretion. The competitive advantage that they obtain by joining our platform is not something they are willing to share publicly. We respect that and we are happy to mention to you directly some references if required to on partners that have authorized that. Discretion at Fastpayhotels is an important matter.

What is the cost?

Most of our business models are transactional.

That depends on the options you will select and which model you want to use.

We can guarantee however, that the costs of working with us will not be enough for you to want to go elsewhere.

Thanks to our efficiencies and careful spending, as well as our system automation that requires a smaller team, we can leverage our costs very easily.

What happens if my channel manager is not connected?

No panic.

We onboard new channel managers every month. Connectivity for us is a simple step, it is just the beginning of something way bigger and complex. Please introduce us to your main contact at your channel manager, and we will be happy to make it happen for you.

What is transparency working?

Our platform has the capacity to provide a full transparency with different back-up to make sure you always get the information required of who is doing the booking. We do not resell inventory and work directly with partners that you have chosen. We strongly believe in quality of hotel distribution. Transparency is stated in every booking by: tailoring a special booking reference per partner, provide you with options like: IATA code, agency name but also the capacity to integrate the agency name directly into your channel. Of course, we can provide you at any time with specific reports.

What technology do you use?

Fastpayhotels uses its own technology, with it own IT team based in Madrid, Spain.  Our CEO and founder has designed herself the system that is used by hundreds of partners today to make sure it fits business requirements. Never before a platform has enabled so much solutions so quickly. Partners love to feedback us constantly to enhance the system they use and create the perfect collaborative environment for us to grow.

Is Fastpayhotels using AI?

Yes, we have already started 2 years ago to use AI to automate processes and content. Our IT team also uses AI to process developments quicker and fix issues and has built a full inventory of process documentation to get answers quick. Thanks to this enhancements, partners get an extremely fast response time in their requests.
